Privacy policy

Your enquiry. Your privacy.

How information submitted through this website is handled.

What we collect

The appointment enquiry form collects your name, phone number, optional email, preferred location, optional preferred date, a short message and consent. The service also stores a submission date and administrative status. Please do not submit medical records, diagnostic reports or sensitive clinical history.

Why information is collected

Your details are used only to review and respond to your appointment enquiry and support scheduling discussions. Submitting this form does not make or confirm an appointment. It does not automatically send your information to a hospital or clinic.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored privately through Lovable Cloud. Public visitors and ordinary website accounts cannot read submissions. Access is restricted to authorised website operators with appropriate Cloud access. No patient enquiry list is exposed on this website.

Consent and deletion

Explicit consent is required before an enquiry can be submitted. To request access, correction or deletion, contact the listed clinic at Swathineuroclinic@gmail.com, identifying the contact details used for your enquiry. Do not send sensitive identity or medical documents unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure process.

Retention

Enquiry information should be retained only as long as necessary for follow-up and applicable obligations. The website operator must approve a retention schedule and regularly remove records that are no longer needed; no automatic deletion schedule is currently configured.

Third-party links

Official hospital, clinic and educational reference links lead to independent websites with their own privacy practices. This website does not control those services.

Security and emergencies

Use this website over HTTPS. No public form can replace a confidential medical consultation. The enquiry form is not monitored as an emergency channel. In India, call 112 for a medical emergency.

This policy and the enquiry-handling process require approval by the website operator before public launch.
