Bring a clear history
Note when symptoms started, how they have changed and their effect on daily life. Bring existing reports and a current medicine list to the consultation, not to the public website form.
Questions worth asking
Ask what might explain your symptoms, whether tests are needed and what their limitations are. Discuss options, possible side effects and when to seek urgent help.
Before you leave
Clarify the next step, any follow-up plan and whom to contact with questions. Ask for an explanation in Tamil or English if that helps you understand your care.
